The training program is scheduled to start on 9th December 2024 and coursework training will conclude on 27th December 2024. Please note that enrollment for this program will close on 6th December 2024. We will accept a total of 28 students.

Step:1 - Online Application Form Submission
Interested candidates must complete the online enrollment form [Click Here]. This form gathers essential details and allows applicants to share their motivation for joining.
Step:2 - Evaluation of Passion and Willingness to Learn
Applications will be reviewed to assess each applicant's enthusiasm, readiness to learn, and commitment to the 'Learn & Earn in Sales & Marketing' program.
Step:3 - Selection of Participants
Based on the evaluations, maximum 28 applicants will be chosen. Selected candidates will be notified via email with further details.
Step:4 - Program Structure
Duration: The program will run for 3 weeks classroom training and 2 weeks OJT Training.
Classroom Training: 20 hours of foundational training in business, sales, and marketing principles.
On-the-Job Training (OJT): 80 hours of practical experience within MMRD, allowing students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings.
Step:5 - Attendance Requirement
All participants must maintain at least 75% attendance throughout the program to qualify for completion.
Full payment is to be made by course registration deadline, on the Wednesday before the programme commences (4th December 2024). We will accept a total of 28 students.
